my sister and i were looking for a restaurant on the danforth to have a lunch when we passed by these two gorgeous peeps. they were going back and forth that "he's gorgeous and she's gorgeous". so as we passed i said, "oh, you're both gorgeous, my beauties!" and they laughed and giggled. we were already past them when i turned around and asked if i could take a photo of them as i need to have a "spooky" photo for week 18 of the 52 captures challenge. they were actually waiting for someone to pick them up and just as i had taken out my phone to take their photo, we heard a car honking. so this photo was hastily taken but they were such good sport.
when we were on our way again, my sister told me i'm so good at talking 'gay'. i reminded her that i used to live in an apartment in downtown toronto's gay district. the atmosphere in that place was always a festive one, no matter what time of the year. if we didn't just come from shopping at costco and not hauling a heavy shopping cart, we could've gone downtown and found more interesting characters!
i know they're not really that spooky, but for me, it's enough to satisfy the challenge's prompt for that week. after all, i waited for five months to get this photograph! 😜
