you can tell that i have not gone photographing at all, and that i have exhausted whatever props i own (or else i can't find them 😜). so this pack of pink straws is a desperation shot. however, it should satisfy my resolve that this year, i will not have a hole in my monthly calendar. jesus murphy! it is not even the middle of january yet and i'm already struggling!

This is really a fun subject! I cannot believe you found flamingo straws! What a fabulous prop. I doubt anyone but you would remember most of the props that you’ve used and I feel certain you could reuse them in a different in creative way that would make it even more difficult to tell they had been used once. Quit being so hard on yourself and get her done girl!
I either didn't know about or forgot flamingo Friday, but these are perfect eh! My first thought when I saw the photo was "Great stripes" (I see them everywhere) so you could tag this for that challenge too :)
desperate or not, this looks extra special on black background. Regarding the daily posting - I feel your pain. I am so bad at this but really want to be able to post each day.
