these bookends are from my lawyering days of old. they were already vintage when they were gifted to me so i would suppose they are more than 50 years old, probably close to 90 or even a hundred. but i am saying goodbye to them as well as some stuff i've been hoarding all these years, as i will be donating them to our church fall sale. this year we have a 'vintage' section so it will be a good fit. too bad, the other bastard's glasses had broken off a long time ago.
