after dinner at the west end, we took the side streets of toronto to avoid highway traffic. i saw the lake water looked golden from the sunsetting but the sun sets much faster now and when we got there, the water just looked plain dead gray.
this is east of downtown toronto (lakeshore blvd?); waiting for the light to change, learning how to change camera settings fast while partner was all set to step on gas just when the lights have turned green, so taken through the windshield of the car. need more practice.
next thing to master: changing lens while the car is going at 120 kmph and not dropping one of the lenses. drat!

thank you, my friends, for your views and comments; i enjoy and appreciate all of them. i shall be checking yours out now that the weekend is almost here.
I so wish that I could have a big book of all my favorite pictures and stories from 365 and that we could all get rich off it and travel the world learning lenses and techniques together.
Great street photography. You captured one of those magical moments, when day meets night. The colors seem to gain a hint of magic, coating and mesmerizing from window panes, passing clouds, the skins of people and machine. The deep sky beyond.
