St Davids in Pembrokeshire is the smallest city in Britain. It has a HUGE cathedral. It just so happens that Llanwrtyd Wells, where I live, is the smallest town in Britain.
Carn Llidi is the hill in the distance.
This is the last of the photos from my day out on Sunday.
@pamelaclarke I was perched very precariously on a grassy wall at the edge of the car park. I couldn't actually get back down until Mr C came to my rescue.
I see what you mean about the little and large symmetry.
A wonderful capture of St David's-- I haven't been there for years (oh dear -over 20 years )Lovely little place ,and a delightful Cathedral - Love the tranquil colour tones in this image --beautiful Sue and a fav !
Great viewpoint, great composition.
I think this is a lovely cathedral & bigger than I had imaged, when we visited a few years ago.
And sorry had to smile at the thought of you stuck on the wall...... that's the kind of thing I do (madness of a middle aged women haha ) !!!
Super shot, this shot could make me a bit homesick if it weren't for the fact that it's warm and sunny outside and we are just going out for our sat walk in the mountains.
@chimfa Thank you Jane. The sun did happen to shine when I took this shot but not long after the sky went very dark and we had a heavy rain shower, just when we'd set off walking on the cliff top path.
