It's my first acknowledgement that Christmas is around the corner.
I always buy charity Christmas cards but there are so many worthwhile charities. Most of my cards are from the Epilepsy Society. This is very important to our family because our daughter Martha was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was 19 and in her first year of medical school. She hasn't had an easy ride. The other charities from which I buy my cards reflect my love of birds, the RSPB and WWT. I support other charities in other ways.
