This is Paul, my oldest son. While we were staying with him and his family during the Christmas holidays we went with him to his allotment and he dug some vegetables for supper. Everyone was surprised at the size of this beetroot and parsnip. We didn't eat them that day but we were given the parsnip to bring home with us and it was very nice.
