Having worked hard on my veg garden during the last couple of weeks it's beginning to look promising. Some things are doing better than others. The tomatoes, cucumbers and courgettes desperately need some warm sunshine but the salad leaves, pak choi, potatoes and beans are doing really well.
Looks amazing. Cool weather does work better for the greens.Around here we usually go quickly from too cold to plant to quite hot and the spinach and arugula bolt before we get to eat much of it.
Ooh Sue , such a lovely lot of home grown healthy vegetables - I do miss my small plot of veg in the garden , but could no longer cope with it ! but at least I have my herbs and a plant trough I grow lettuce - the ones you cut and come again - keeps us going all summer !!
More delicious cooking ahead Sue.
