I've been working in my vegetable garden today, getting the raised beds ready for planting.
In the foreground you can see the rhubarb and behind the rhubarb black bags in which I've planted potatoes. At the far end there's another raised bed, half the height of the others and therefore out of sight. The tree in the top right hand corner is the crab apple tree.
Tomorrow I intend to plant seeds in the raised beds, beetroot, chard and kale. Later there will also be squash in these beds but at the moment the squash seeds are growing on the bedroom windowsills, it's too cold for them outside.
