I took this the other day, and while I loved the walkway, there was a big sun glare and the sky was very bright.
I've had a go at layering another sky shot of mine in to give the sky some interest and colour
The trouble I'm having is that I think it may be an edit too far, kind of cheating if you like.
I will return one day when the sky is prettier and the sun not so bright so I don't have to fiddle about with it so much.
I honestly don't mind your honest opinion, and comments are always welcome
I don't think its cheating, you enhanced the shot to make up for the wrong conditions. Good job! Look forward to seeing the unedited one when you return
Love this picture. I have tried similar shots to find the foreground becomes underexposed. Just bought a grad filter to tone down the light sky, but not used it yet.

Love this. I like the image you've created - your processing in seamless. I always feel like I'm cheating when I edit a shot as well (although my editing options are limited because I shoot in jpeg - haven't mastered processing Raw images!). But I think as long as I don't over-do it and make it look completely false, and actually only edit to make it look like it did in "real-life" or to try and add a bit of artistic flair (not that I have any artistic bones in my body, lol!), then it's OK.
