While we were in Penzance, we visited an exhibition of paintings by the Newlyn and Lamorna artist colonies from the early 1900s.
I was quite surprised that this particular scene hasn't changed one little bit over the past 120 years. Apert from the clothes people are wearing, It could almost be a photograph of modern day Penzance.
