However, when we bought our house all of the fabulous plasterwork in our entrance hall, was painted a very boring shade of magnolia. It took me days but I lovingly hand painted all all the details in with a very tiny brush. It was worth the effort though as everyone who comes through the front door now just looks up and says "Wow!".
