A few years ago, Chicago's downtown and "magnificent mile" areas were filled with cow sculptures. On a very gray day here, I was walking home from getting a haircut and happened on this angle. It gave me a good laugh so I decided to post it. The building in the background is the John Hancock Tower, one of the city's tallest buildings (you can feel it sway on very windy days).

Thanks Paul, Kevin, and Daniel.
Daniel -- the best view is looking east, I discovered. I'd seen it several times looking west from Rush Street, but it was going to the other side of it that really caught my attention.
Paul -- could be the skyscraper climbing helped the cow get in shape for the big jump....or once a cow's jumped the moon, what's left but continuing to seek ways to get above it all?
Jeff, thanks so much for your comments and fav's today. You really did brighten my spirits! This cow shot is one of those I like a lot just because of its silliness. Every time I walk by it, I just smile, and ironically, I'd never noticed it up there before 365!

@anwan I know -- I wish more of them would have stayed permanently!
@kerristephens @sailingmusic @photodude @stu_b @pflaume Thanks for viewing!
@vankrey Ah -- the ladybug markings -- I didn't catch that until your comment!
Thanks Paul, Kevin, and Daniel.

And yes, Taffy, the Hancock contextualizes our Chicago cow . . .
Great fun and humor captured!
