We've said good-bye to Beaver Island following a wonderful season. I had a short trip with my sisters-in-law (my brother served as our driver) to the Cape May Birding Festival. Fun festival but even more fun as our first sisters-in-law trip. Our car is on its way to Tucson and we have a few more days in Chicago before we fly to our new home. New adventure await (including an online course in composition from Chicago Photography school so I can stay part of that community and hopefully start photographing more again).
A belated thank you for all your lovely comments on the northern lights shots. With hundreds more from the three nights, I suspect you'll see more at some point.
You love your island summers I know but it’s a flight away from your new home! I suppose internal flights are quite usual for such a big country. Great capture.

@jgpittenger I just emailed you all the info. As of tonight there are 2 slots left and it's hybrid -- all online, some online, all in person. Whatever works for each of us. I watched how he handled it when I visited a class last week and he's skilled. He knows how to handle the hybrid. Monday nights Oct 28 - Dec 9, 7 - 10 Central. I'm taking composition 1, and there is comp 2 and Visual Strategies that follow that I'm thinking of doing one or 2 a year.
