Thank you for your wonderful comments about Sadie, our high activity Bernese Mountain Dog who can move her eyebrows faster than the speed of light. I've shared them with her and her people who really enjoyed them!
Today was the Beaver Island Garden Tour. We visited six sites, with smaller gardens than in past years, though lovely -- especially given the challenges of growing gardens in sand. Two of the houses were open for viewing, which was nice given ONS8's theme today on architecture. This was taken from the deck of site #4, early afternoon, looking due north.
My cold continues to be annoying and frustrating so I do appreciate your kind wishes for quick recovery. Glad I was forced to be outside today for a change but look forward to a quiet day tomorrow.
I love clouds like this but have puzzled over how to capture them so they are interesting to someone other then myself. This is just a wonderful way to do that.
Those are really wonderful clouds Taffy! I'm not sure if they sky gets a little too dark for my liking? The stillness and transparency of the water are amazing. What a beautiful place to be hanging out :)
Stunning capture Taffy. One of the campers on my recent camping trip must have sneezed one too many times too close to me, I seem to have caught her cold. My sympathies for yours.
Wow, such a beautiful shot, Taffy. My husband had an annoying cough/virus for 4 weeks and finally got over it as our week of vacation last week ended. I hope you are a lot better fast. FAV
