I'm very late to the processing @summerfield introduced us to (for the globe), and many many others have already used. I didn't have anything inspiring photographical to do today so thought it was time to give this a try. Used 5 of my Bean shots and then processed in Topaz Textures and then PicMonkey to create a sky. The globe software is at: http://funny.pho.to/globe/
@joysfocus Thanks Joy! I'd waited so long to try it, I felt I had to do something and it was fun figuring out how to make a sky out of a white background!
@lesip Thanks Leslie! The two balconies (bedroom, living room) face north, at the end of the building, so if I weren't terrified to go out there, I can see both sunrise and sunset. Instead, I am lucky enough that one set of windows looks east and on the other side of the unit, there are windows looking west. We were so lucky to have a unit at the end of the building!
@golftragic It was in the comment section above (you had to read to the end!) Here it is for convenience -- VERY easy to do. Took longer to choose the photos and create the sky than doing the globe.
@taffy Oh dear, what a dill. That'll teach me to read to the end even if I am in a hurry. Got a bit on my plate right now, but will definitely try a globe, looks like lots of fun. Thanks Taffy.
@golftragic Sad to admit it is SO easy. You've got so many great urban grit and graffiti shots. Plus your recent travels. I found the hardest was figuring out a theme. Look forward to seeing what you do.
