From my sailing trip. I zeroed in on this bird and used burst to capture it as it few by. I was pleased that so many were in focus and that I ended up with a window into so many 'classic' looking wing positions.
With Chicago so cold and gray, it was more pleasant returning vicariously to the warm California time at sea.

Feels like if you put them all together with each one on a page and flicked the pages through with your thumb, you would see the pelican fly! Fab collection, well done.
Fabulous photos and what a super way to organise your collage. I love how the large image and its offset small image show the two extremes and how the horizontal and vertical series both end in the same stage. :)
