Falling behind this month, and hoping to start catching up. I made macaroons a few days ago as we were having company. Unfortunately (or fortunately), each person only had one, so it barely put a dent in the amount I had left. And they are hard to resist!

the virtual background works perfectly and I am liking the idea of macaroons with chocolate chips. I found my mother's recipe for macaroons a few days ago - I shall be going home from Dads to practice some of her goodies.
