I really didn't want to post the photo of the moon last night because I knew it would be in a better position tonight in relation to the city. But I thought that with my luck, if I didn't post, there would be cloud or something else tonight and I would end up with nothing. So I went and did it.
But it was beautiful up on Mt Cootha tonight.
According to my Ephemeris web site, the moon is still at 97.6% but it actually appeared larger tonight than last night. It is also interesting to see how far to the north the moon has moved in one night.
As always, best on black
I just noticed that it was taken exactly 1 hour after last nights shot. There's something weird going on here.
Got it! I hoped you would. I looked out through my window at tonight's gorgeous moon and thought, "Hope Terry goes back for a second go tonight" and you did. What a result. Absolutely wonderful.
Great shot. Was going to watch it rise at Woorim beach but too many clouds, also notice the hour between the two nights. Never been to foot ha, looks like a magnificent view
Just look at that bustling city, all aglow with life and the art of living going on. The moon looks impressive watching over it all. Super night shot, Terry.
@flyrobin Hi Robyn. I have no idea. Not only don't I do things like that, I don't know how to do things like that. I just took a heap of pics using various time settings and then picked out the one that I like the best.
Wow! I agree with everything that's already been said - superb, beautiful, magnificent, a cracker, amazing, phenomenal and moontastic! This is gorgeous!
