Mirra Mitta Bore

One of the capped bores along the track where a small flow of water has been retained.

The water comes out extremely hot (just ask Rhoda) but as the water flows and starts to cool off, it supports its own little oasis in the desert.

Very interesting. Love the other two pictures posted showing the miles and miles of nothing but red soil and do sand.
