Another view of the parish church at Stow Cum Quy (I love saying that).
You may note that there are very few photos of these old churches taken from the front. That is because usually trees were planted in front I presume to make the church look welcoming and peaceful. These then grew and blocked out the view for us photographers. Very inconsiderate of them.
On the other hand, the back was left open so there was lots of room for the burial plots and I suppose to make the job easier for the grave diggers
