My sister and I spent yesterday at the National Memorial Arboretum. This is part of a new memorial dedicated to the various naval services. The sculptor was Graeme Mitcheson. In the right light the glass panels cast a shadow shaped like a warship. The colours represent the colours of the oceans of the world. It was a mixed weather day, but the sun peeped out at just the right time for me to snap this one.
