Allison posted two butterflys and I thought this was hers at first because it was right below on my home page. I say that because I find it odd when people seem to be posting the same things on days. Good capture that is for sure.

Tom
Great detail, clarity and color, wonderful creamy background. I notice at times you use the D7100 and at other times the D600. Interested in maybe a Nikon and was wondering way one or the other (I know full and crop sensor) . Looking for input from a photographer I admire.

Super detail. Great shot. I know it's not a fly, but I can't help thinking about the original "The Fly" movie from 1958.

Again, great detail and I particularly like the composition - the negative space really draws our eyes to the subject.
