Chateaulin, Finisterre by vignouse

Chateaulin, Finisterre

Chateaulin is an old trading town which developed on both sides of the Nantes-Brest canal, which was an important commercial artery in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Today it is still a commercial port but mostly. it is a charming Breton tourist town... and it never looked better than in today's sun. There is another view in my Doubletakes album for today.
Great color and detail!!!

Oh wow! This looks like a charming place indeed. I'd happily play the tourist's role and enjoy this lovely town. Love the richness of the colors in this image.

What a good decision to go away! Fab place and sunshine. Love that everything is in focus and the hills are beckoning in the distance.
