This is the industrial end of Châteaulin in Finisterre and, therefore, not the prettiest part of this charming Breton town... but when dusk falls and the lights come on, the area takes on a totally different character!
Who could believe this is not the prettiest part of town when viewing this photograph? This is gorgeous! The pinks and blues and purples touched by golden blushes of light — it's stunning. Wonderful capture.
Richard, looks like we are get-pushed partners for week 101. You have a lot of wonderful photos and a lot of ones just like I like to shoot. I've been working on some action shots so this week I would like to challenge you to shoot "Action". This can be through using panning, blur, or freezing the action...your choice. Have fun.
@lynne5477 Hmmm - you spotted a distinct lack of action shots in my project, eh. As you guessed, I'm not good at action shots... so this is a good challenge for me. Thank you Lynne... I think!!
Fav, beautiful at night, a magical brush re-imagining this site. So you are RVing around the country? I'm looking forward to more history from you. These buildings are glowing with such beautiful light on them.
Looks like a beautiful spot Richard.
