Paimpont Abbey has featured several times in my project but never quite like this. The main sluice valve which controls the outlet from the lake which borders the Abbey is faulty and needs to be replaced: to enable this work to be done, the lake has had to be partially drained to give access to the valve chamber. As a consequence the lake now has a rocky foreshore and I rather liked this view of the Abbey taken this evening at 'low-tide'.
I wasn't feeling good on Sunday and Monday so apparently I have missed a few photos. Like this one. I am so glad you posted another picture and mentioned this one because it is superb and exactly why I asked for your help.
