Rooftops at Josselin

A view across the rooftops at Josselin taken from near the top of the church spire.
Vertigo scuppers me. A view like this is a welcome change and whilst I admire your sangfroid, I can't imagine me meeting vertigo like this and retaining much sanity.

Sharp and steep angles to these roofs! Must be a bit victorian?

@maggiemae The roof in the foreground is the roof of the nave of the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Roncier which dates from the end of the 12th C - the buildings clustered around it were mostly built in the 17th C

Roofs are so distinctive & a massive part of the design & appeal of a building. These bring variety & beauty to this town.
