Paimpont 2018: Day 4 - Outside In!

During the winter months, many 365ers post pictures of the view from their windows... for those who live in city high-rise blocks or by the coast, the view can be spectacular. I live in a rural farming area and only look out on fields so I decided to reverse the process and take a view from the outside looking in. This is an Amaryllis inside on the kitchen windowsill and an antique cutlery mobile hanging in the window, also inside, with the reflection of the garden as 'background' - in reality, as it's a reflection, it's the foreground of course... or a natural texture layer.

BoB as usual!
We did again my photo was taken through my kitchen window. This is lovely

Beautiful amaryllis and interesting idea. I don't have much a view from my windows either - just sunrise from the bathroom window

Neat image with great lighting...It looks like that overlay technique that I've seen in some posts.

I also took a photo out of the window today. This is lovely, I like the reflection of your antique mobile.

What a cool reverse. I should try it as well...living in a rural area myself

looking through the glass plus reflections gives a wonderful through-a-fog view of the mobile.

Who needs software that adds texture? So imaginative, Richard
