Beautiful, we had two quince trees in our garden when we lived in Melbourne and I used to make quince paste. Delicious with camembert and crackers.

I made Quince Jelly some years ago. A1OK...yet it took ages to cook and you need many fruits to make any worthwhile quantity. Never since.
