Paimpont 2018: Day 139 - Stony Stare

A stone carving hanging on the east end wall of our house... I like to photograph this at least once a year to show how erosion is slowly changing his features - and to find different ways of capturing it.

There's such a strong sense of pathos in this sculpture. It makes me wonder what the backstory is. Technically wonderful, as always.
