Dinner to the Rescue...

Paimpont Abbey's cultural season began this week with exhibitions to man, visitors to greet , tours to conduct and concerts to prepare for. It's also the wedding season with at least one wedding most weekends. All this (plus the Abbey's normal routine and masses) takes up an enormous amount of time leaving little for photography... or rest and relaxation come to that.

Today's post then is a courgette - almost reduced to 'kit-form! - that I snapped whilst preparing dinner.

Love the presentation of your courgette! Have to ask though ..... I see a little line above your slices and on the left side of the courgette, did you blur the background?

@jacqbb Damn - rumbled! The background was a much used cutting board and was rather distracting - I perhaps over corrected.
