..'lit' from the light filtering though from the lounge to the bookroom downstairs. This was hand-held at 1/4 sec and ISO 6400.
The real story though is that this lens - which cost the thick end of 1000€ - stopped achieving sharp focus at any focal length almost a year ago. I neglected to have it dealt with under guarantee and as that has now expired... I took the lens apart today and reset some of the elements. I've only tested it in low light so far... but so far so good. Next episode tomorrow!
