Today the fortnightly walking group was hosted by France. It was a pleasant enough afternoon weatherwise, rather grey but with no wind to speak of so the walk was very agreeable
Against our better judgement, we let Mitzi off the lead and she was beside herself with excitement at being free to explore on her own She was very good, didn't stray too far and always came back quickly. That left just the anticipated problem of trying to catch her and put her back on the lead when we came to walk on ordinary roads... a rather sporting activity which everyone took part in! A nice afternoon out.
