I had to be in Rennes this evening for a meeting and as I hadn't found time to take any photographs during the day, on the way home I stopped off at Plélan le Grand to capture an image of the church of St Pierre for my main 365 post today. On arriving at Paimpont just a few minutes before midnight, I was surprised (and happy) to find that the Abbey was still floodlit... a great way way to end the day with a picture of a place that is very special to me.
A timely reminder of its timeless calm and solace. Such a busy week for all members of the team who have done so much in recent months to research, realise and mount the exhibits.
May all who pass during the Season be enriched by this beautiful place.
