Mitzi and I took a walk around the lake this afternoon before I left her at the Abbey with Mrs S (who's one of the two duty people this week who welcome summer visitors to the Abbey) so that I could do our weekly shop. Mitzi found the 30C heat very tiring and made several detours to the water's edge for a drink.
