Our nearest Apple Store is at Nantes about 150 kms from us so we're not tempted too often! Today's trip was planned though and Mrs S and I are now proud owners of an iPad Air 2 each. A distinct improvement on the ones we bought a couple of years ago, these are our Silver Wedding presents (14 July) to each other.
IKEA is in the same development so we managed to find a few 'must-haves' there too!
Gee I wished I had known you were going as I would have had you pick something up for me. Seriously though, let me know how you like them. I have been thinking I might want to update mine. Is the camera better in this version? Amazing isn't it they all look alike world wide. Nice shot.
Like the bw better but congrats on the new purchases. The only Apple thing I own is my Ipod and that is a classic. Have never been in an IKEA store. Going to have to go see one someday as the shots of them on here have tweaked my fascination.
@janiskay Janice, I can't help you much as I never use the camera on either my iPad or my 'phone. You have the iPad mini I think and I believe that the Mini 3 still has the 5 megapixel camera as does the iPad air but the iPad 2 which we both bought has an 8 megapixel camera. The real advantage of the Air 2 is its thinness - only 6.1mm - and its light weight. Look on Apple's site and you can see the full specifications of each model and a Google will get you some test reports if the camera performance is important to you.
