A Year of Days Day 286: So much green...

...it's mid-October and nothing in the garden seems to want to stop growing. All the flower beds are choked with this year's exceptional growth so Mrs S had her work cut-out today when she started the Autumn tidy-up - this is the last of three barrow loads from just one flower-bed.

More to do tomorrow and I need to clear away two enormous piles of tree-prunings.
Homeowner'swork isn't never done!

To be fair, 3 weeks absence didn't help much with keeping the garden trim. However, 3 weeks R&R wasn't and should never be compromised!

@gamelee It gets better - I was indoors and she came in and said, "If you want a shot for 'Year of Days', I'm just about to dump the last barrow-load". She's a keeper!
