View across the fields from the top of our lane this evening: the tree on the left is one of two very old hornbeams growing at the top of our garden.
This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: for May it's the Sony 16mm f/2.8 on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Sony Nex-7) - the equivalent of a 24mm lens on a full-frame camera.
You have made a really fine job of this, Richard. The foreground light that you have managed to bring out makes the shot. So restful too... now there's something you won't here me say very often when the sun is in my eyes! Fav
