Another lovely shot. I've been thinking about your high-key shots, I think from my personal perspective I would wish for slightly more definition and contrast in the subject. In this, for example, some of the subject detail looks blown. That might be intentional, in which case all good. Just a thought.
@peadar
Hi Peter, thanks for the comments. These are indeed my first experiment with High-Key photos. I have tried with several contrast, and I actually liked when there was not too much contrast, like the person or object being submerged by the white atmosphere. This being said, on that one, i actually pushed a bit the contrast more than on the others.
Hi Vincent. I like your b&w portrait. I found this one on the tag page. It is just wonderful I have also found myself hosting one of the current challenges and I couldn't help thinking that one of your images would be a great entry. If you are at all interested the details are at : http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/30496/new-b-and-w-20-challenge-capture-that-expression
I hope you don't mind me contacting you! Cheers for now Rob Z :)
@robz Hi Rob, thank you for yoru message. But this photo was taken outside the period for the BW-20 challenge. Anyhow, i think i got a good shot for B&W expression today. Will share it soon.
love the natural relaxed mood of this image - the lighting is lovely
