Amusingly, the Rough Guide claims it was named after Florence, Tuscany, on account of its grand architecture.
This station is in fact about as grand as it gets.
And if you're looking for an Italian café you'll have to settle instead for a Rapido bar where there is a sign ordering you not to drink rum on the premises.
I think the Rough Guide author actually had a shot of rum too many at the time of writing!
