I spent the whole day today baking pies to entertain our guests tonight.— one large blueberry pie, one large dark chocolate pecan pie and four mini dark chocolate pecan pies. Good thing I made the mini ones because the large chocolate pie was undercooked. No way could I have served it.
NOTE: The pies were delish especially with scoops of Natural Vanilla Bean ice cream on top. 😃
