This entire series is stunning...I was about to ask on today's if this is done in camera somehow through movement...or in post. And this says SOOC...so how are you getting the clarity of the subject and the motion of the rest? It's a beautiful effect.
@granagringa thank you for your comment. The colours and blur is introduced by holding a prism partly in front of the lens whilst taking the photo. You can twiddle with the prism to change the angle the light passes through therefore changing the colours. Please see tags.
