Yes they are Fulmars Jo.
If you get very close to them, they have a lovely habit of vomiting their evil smelling, horrible oily stomach contents at you !!!

Wonderful. capture of these two types of birds. Razorbills sound fierce but the fulmars seem to be the more aggressive ones here. Judging from the stance and expression I’d say that the fulmars are having a bit of a dispute between themselves. Wonder if they use the vomit ploy on one another.
