Official Top 20 Chart - Week 253

This week marks the start of a new method for choosing the Top 20. We are continuing to use the most fav'd photos of the week, but now photos are limited to one entry per person (before, it was 3) and we have an additional spam check in place. Both of these new measures are here to ensure everyone has a fair chance and we have a variety of users photos reaching the top 20. I hope you like the new changes, feedback is always welcome.
