Probably this for several reasons. 1) it depicts my identity 2) it took a lot of work to set this up. 3) even though it's not quite how I envisioned it, I do like how it turned out.
I like this one of mine because each rain drop has its own glare and I was rushing to get the photo done but it still came out pretty good in my opinion :') @ikamera So many books! :)
@tabithasyear I know. I borrowed 99 books(that's the limit) from library to take this pic. :-) 90% of these books are what I read at some point of my life or wanting to read. The way I envisioned, all the different titles of the books should be clearly visible. But with my newbie exposure issues, and the glare of the sunlight, they didn't. Still my favorite, though.
I rarely get to photograph anything but my children and the majority of those are blurry because my pre-schoolers can't be bothered to slow down long enough for the camera to do it's job. It was nice to be able to take a photo without having to say "Just be still for 2 seconds!"
my beautiful girl Misha ....my neighbour's dog who had a big operation last week - and is doing well....she's 11 and I've know her since she was a very young pup.
@kmrtn6 just a heads up but there is an ongoing discussion that gets posted about 8:00 p.m. (London time) each Friday. It has been getting lost due to high activity on the discussio boards the past few weeks. It usually gets posted around the same time as Your Favorite Fav of Someone Else and Your Favorite Black and White. Was not sure if you wanted to maintain the midweek one for the long term.
@kmrtn6 the three of them were up for about four hours before they get pushed off by PICNIK , Picnik shutting down, Did you hear about Picnik. So figured I would just let you know.
@lolanae I spent about 30 minutes going through discussions on Fav Fav to copy all the people that participate, and include all the @usernames in a reply so they can find it for the time being. Hopefully in February it will calm down. I know for me I have an alternate poster if she does not see it by a certain time or while I am on vacation. Maybe Kylie can be your alternate.
@kmrtn6 more of an alternate in case she is not able to post for the week. I like knowing in case I miss a posting, Sue Wilde will check in and post the discussion.
Love getting to view so many wonderful photos in one discussion. The one above with the two girls in the train tracks was one of my favorites this week.
Having a hard time deciding between the two buddha shots I took this one. I prefer this one for the photo itself, but the picture the following day for the sentiment behind it.
I think this one has to be my fav from last week. It was kind of a family project type shot. We all worked together so i could get the dry ice smoke just right.
This is my fave for the last week, We've never seen anything like the colouring of this beach, it was stunning!!! It will be a very frequent "get out of home" place from now on!!

This one is for the 16th, but it was taken the day before, but I used it for the 16th, cause it's my pup and I loved it!
I like this one. I haven't taken any phenomenal photos this time around, yet. xD
This is one of my 1960's restored slides, taken by my dad, posted onthe 21st.
Not b/c it's a great photo, but it was just such a fun moment to discover my youngest passed out during the sled ride around the block.
not a great week for me, but I was pleased with the colour and texture in this one
Cand is Dandy!
It was my first attempt at light painting photography. I am DEFINITELY going to do it again :D
Seen at a 65th birthday party!
I was so happy to finally get some snow here in the 'Boro. Too bad it only stayed a couple of days.

"So where do you fancy going?", says one sheep to the other, watching the plane in the distance. "Baa-bados?" says the other."
It just makes me laugh!
