It's time to vote for your favorite in Album Cover Challenge #23. All entries made it very, very difficult to choose a top 5. If yours didn't make the voting it's not because it wasn't an excellent, creative effort. I really enjoy this challenge, I hope everyone who enters does, too! In no particular order, here are my five top choices:
#1 -- From Paul "Snapchat" Everest. I like the slightly creepy factor, and those mesmerizing eyes.
#2 -- From Charlotte. The image tells a story without any need for excessive processing, which is reinforced by the album title, I think.
#3 -- From Sally Ings. Nice, strong central image, which relates well to the album title, and I like how the font chosen for the album title fits the image so well.
#4 -- From Brianarmoured. I like how you've tied together your band name with a solid "industrial" image that shows a journey (a staircase) that it would not be easy to fake your way through! The all b&w works well, too.
#5 -- This one from Paul J. I go back and forth on liking this one, but it's so... well, weird, and retro, but it works and I can definitely see it as a band's album cover.
Voting begins now and will close on Friday, February 28, at some time in the evening EST. Then I'll announce the winner who gets to host the next challenge ... which frees me up to participate in the next round!
