I know the focus is off but I liked the colours. This scruffy little bird appeared to be stuck in a tree and I missed a nice sitting shot by rather noisily checking that it was alive! He came to his senses and was in the process of moving off here - still looking a little bewildered. Adolescence is such a vulnerable time and our current multiple UK stories about teenagers getting into terrible situations with the internet break my heart. And make me even more thankful that there are also positive communities like this one that enhance lives.
Five GT:
1. Nigel went to a karate 'Sparathon' (101 sparring bouts) yesterday to raise money for Bristol Oncology Unit. It sounds like a great event that raised lots of money.
2. One day Nigel may walk normally again...
3. One day Adam may walk normally again after his baptism with fire with the hockey season.....
4. I stick to walking for exercise.
5. Firemen in Extras http://365project.org/judithg/extras/2013-08-18
