Homework this week is 'reflection', so is it cheating to submit a style I have done ad nausium??

This is side lit from window supplemented with LED light to get the vase to shine.

CC very much appreciated to help me improve with this reflective technique.

I love this low key photo. It looks symmetrical in all directions. The center really catches the eye. I think you did a good job with the light.

I like it.......but I want to crop it to half way up the vase or make it taller as I can't see all the flower. But that's just me, I am sure!

Nothing wrong with reflective shots Jackie. I usually do mine as long exposures so that the ISO doesn't need to be as high. I would have preferred to see all of the flower - so maybe a shorter vase or just the flower on the reflective surface??

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Are you saying you aren’t quite pleased with it? To tell you the truth on first glance I thought it was a Mona shot. It’s hard to pay a higher complement than that. If anything maybe selectively brighten the reflected red just a bit. But I love it.
