At the moment I am captivated with the wildflowers. I am also a bit frustrated because I can't identify any of them. This little wildflower stands on slender stems slightly shorter than the prairie grasses. I love the pink stripes on the little white blossoms.
I have just purchased a book called common and uncommon wildflowers of the uk as I am am fed up of posting flower images and saying no idea what it is so when I get chance to have a look I will try and match it to their illustrations: that said its a superb image beautiful colours and beautiful dof love the soft focus fly!
