Though there is a front moving in, today is another warm (for November), calm and sunny day. This poor, ragged grasshopper is still hanging in there. His wings are in tatters, but he still has all his legs and in the warm weather he had a say in where he stayed put. I was fortunate to have nice natural light for today's SOOC ONS shot. I went macro because I do better controlling my background and composition without editing. I did look at my in-camera filters last night, but I'm happy with this.
